How early should I apply for ED of CBS?

All,

As far as I know, CBS ED round has a rolling basis system.
Does anyone know by when an applicant should apply to fully take an advantage of a rolling basis system?

Given ED round's actual deadline in early October, are you guys thinking applying by Aug. is enough?
