Chances of getting in to a top 3 MBA Program

Hey guys,

I'm a soon-to-be senior at top 10 undergraduate business school. I currently have a 3.9 in finance with a minor in accounting and I am currently interning at a firm in SF/ATX with $200M+ AUM. I haven't taken the GMATbut assuming I get around a 730, what are my chances of getting in to a top 3 MBA program, 2-3 years from now when I apply, if I accepted a full-time offer at a VC firm as an analyst out of undergrad?

I know business schools look for work experience and unique backgrounds and because not that many undergrads get a VC offer out of undergrad, I thought that would qualify my situation as unique.
Any guidance on how many years it would take before I would be accepted into a top 3 MBA? Again, I plan on applying for an MBA 2-3 years from today if that is viable.

Some information about my "unique" background: parents were both immigrants who dropped out of middle school to work. I was born in Compton, CA and then moved around a bit. I had to work all 4 years of high school to pay for college. I am the first in my family to get a business degree and the first in my family to recruit for any business related field. Had a internship at a small boutique where I did industry analyses - no modeling. My current internship at the VC firm is a that will probably go full time

Any advice would be helpful. Thanks for taking the time to read.
