Hi All,
Need some advice. Got out of the Army in 2007. Started a mfg company, still in business, growing at decent rate. Found out GI Bill expires in 2022, use or lose. Back in school full time while working, school stress is a vacation compared to biz stress. I finished an AA and will be done with a BSBA in Accounting & Finance. Accredited but from no name schools(VCU/ODU). I'll be done Fall 2018. I plan on earning CPA before a top MBA start in 2019. Everything is paid for by VA benefits including MBA.
I've finished multivariate and linear algebra so I have a quant interest. I need to take almost a masters worth of credits to take CPA. What should I get that masters in? What should I concentrate in MBA? I'm interested in M&A at a small level except for I'm doing the buying & selling. Corporate raiding sounds weird, what is it called? If my biz goes bust(it happens), what will creds will drop me in as CFO or CEO of startup? I do have an interest in consulting.
Perfect happiness is managing my business in my office with another desk for investing via traditional and quant method.
